1. Painting:

One room (size ~10'x12')
Labor with small supply cost - from $200
In most cases 1 gallon of paint for walls and 1 quarter for trims are required ~ $50.
- one color 2-3 coats (depends on color or brand),
- fixing of small holes from nails/screws/pins (up to 10)
Trims (baseboards, casings, 2 doors)
-semi-gloss white paint on existing white.
Ceiling (8' high, simple design, dirty white), additional cost of $50 plus paint - $30.

Total cost: $350.
Painting of decorative accent walls, crown moldings, complicated closet shelving, repair of windows peeling or mold may add $30-$50 to the total cost.

Small size house (~2000 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, staircase, living/dining, kitchen and dinette, family room, all doors, window casings, trims with fixing of small holes and cracks)

Labor cost - from $2000.
Paint cost:
~ 2 pails for walls - $300-$500 (depends on brand)

Ceiling painting for the whole house:
Labor cost - from $1500.
Paint cost (~2000 sq. Ft.)
- 1 pail (good quality) - ~$200.
Total cost: $4100 (one color with no big repairs and complicated ceiling).

Typical house painting cost $4500, including:
- all walls 4 colors, white ceiling,
- some repairs on walls,
- moving furniture from walls,
- full cleaning after job is complete,
- warranty on labor - 1 year .
Additional cost for repainting dark walls (chocolate brown, blue, red, intensive green etc. require 2 coats of primer before painting). Usually adds ~$100 per room.
The same applies to painting a room with bold colors witch require 3-4 coats or special primer under the paint. Additional cost on labor and paint ~$100 per room.
All jobs could be done in 6-8 days depending on customer's needs.

Grand house ~ 5000 sq. ft.
Large houses usually have high ceilings, open-to- bellow areas, a lot of trims, French doors, moldings, large windows, arches, columns, pot lights etc. witch brings a house to a new level. Painting work is more complicated, risky, creative and professional. More attention to a job safety.

Typical estimation on a large house:
- Labor for decorative painting of each room with different colors, refreshing ceilings and one color of trims (not plain white) cost - $7000-$8000.
- Paint cost - $1500-$2000 (depends on brand). Decorative ceiling paint in different colors on a full house can add $4000 - $5000.

Total cost for painting a large house (walls, ceilings, trims, doors, windows) - from $13,000 (incl. paint and tax) up to $16,000 ( incl.: tax, paint, repairs, premiering, painting fireplaces, big open-to-bellow areas, a lot of pot lighting on ceilings, painting walk-in-closets with shelves, many French doors, 10’ and up ceilings etc.). Time frame for painting the whole house is min. 2 weeks for 4 professional painters or 3-4 weeks for 2,5 painters. We can paint within customer time frame. Warranty is 1 year.

2. Trim work:

Installation of baseboards/casings

3. Flooring

Installation of laminate, engineered hardwood without nailing.

Estimation cost from $2 per 1 sq. Ft.
Typical bedroom (~10” x 12” with closet).
Labor cost - $400 (incl. removing and utilization of old carpet, floor clean up, installation of laminate,
cutting doors casings, installations of reducers or transitions, installation of quarter rounds, cleaning).
Warranty 1 year.

Installation of hardwood floor with nailing.

Typical bedroom (~10” x 12” with closet)
Labor and small supplies cost - $600, incl. removing and utilization of old flooring, floor clean up, screwing, installation of hardwood, cutting doors casings, installations of reducers or transitions, installation of quarter rounds, cleaning).
Warranty 1 year.
Wood cost from $3 sq. Ft. for small quantity of regular oak or maple and up to $8 for exotic wood 5” wide.
For big job ~1000 sq. Ft. and moor we have a discount on labor and wood.
Typical installation (1000 sq. Ft. red oak 3” 1 floor with quarter rounds) cost $7000 (incl. full service: providing samples off wood, delivery, old floor removing, utilization, installation (4-5 days), cleaning, warranty.

Each job in our company starts from writing an estimation, consultation, introduction of different choices and prices, final invoice, full description of job and materials, possible discounts and bonuses. We guarantee the job to be done on time. We work by customer needs, required time frame and materials.
We ask for a deposit at start to cover the materials cost or 10 % of labor cost, the balance to be paid after the job is complete and we pass a customer’s audit.
We accept any type of payments.
Big contract (labor $5000 and up) requires a second deposit of 30% when 50% of the work is done.

Ceramic tile installation:

Depending on design, size, material, place of installation, additional work (preparation surface for installation, reinstalling the toilets, sinks, tubs, plumbing faucets, etc.).

Typical installation of ceramic tile 1’x 1’ in a bathroom ~ 50 sq.ft.
Total labor cost - from $400. (Incl removing of linoleum, adding plywood, installation of tile, reinstalling a toilet, ...).
Material cost: plywood, screws, tile, cement, grout, sealer, quarter rounds, caulking, ... - ~$200.
Total cost - from $600.

Installation of hardwood steps on staircases:
Both ends closed, 12 steps (townhouses, basements, second staircases).
Labor cost from $100 (Incl. removing carpet, clean up, cut each step and raiser on place, installation, finishing (apply varnish and lacquer).
Material cost ~ from $500 .
